You don't need to disassemble the slat to install the Stainless Steel Tie Down Rings. The slats have slotted holes in the channel that allow you to slot the Stainless Steel Tie Down Rings into it.
Do you have to disassemble the slat to insert the Stainless Steel Tie Down Ring in the channel?
